The first time you save a file with Notepad, you can choose which encoding to use. Subsequently, modifying and re-saving that file will use the encoding that you have chosen for that file. New files will, of course, allow you to choose the encoding.

How to Control Brightness:

1. Just run Dimmer.exe file

2. Right click on dimmer icon in system tray or in notification area and select Configure option.

3. Use Slider available under Opacity tab to Adjust brightness



How to Close Dimmer : Right click on dimmer icon in system tray or in notification area and select Close option.
